1. Sent in can be anything related to stamps or covers, as well as collections, stocks, sets or single stamps.
2. The auctioneer is entitled to examine or to have examined stamps,
which are beyond doubt of legitimacy. This can be done with or without
notice to the vendor. The expences of examination are for account of
the vendor.
3. Parcelling (out) and classification is done by the experience of the
auctioneer. He has the right to split up or to combine the lots if
there is going to be a better profit, according to his opinion.
4. Contribution of stamps etc. means an irrevocable order to put up for auction.
5. Unsold lots will be put up for the next auction, unless we hear from
you to the contrary. The starting price may be changed by the
auctioneer.
6. All contributions are automatically insured against fire, robbery
etc. Registered postal packets, postal parcels a.s.o. are insured up to
Euro 4.500,- per consignment.
7. Expenses caused by rightly claims are for the account of the vendor.
8. Limited lots will be charged with 5 % of the starting price, if the lots are unsold.
9. Lots with a presumable result beneath Euro 10,- can not be accepted because of high catalogue cost.
10. The auction commission is 15 % of the knock-down price and Euro 0,50 per unsold lot, VAT included.
The pay out will take place within 6 weeks after the auction date.
11. Important consignments can be provided, bearing no interest, up till 50 % of the starting price.
12. By consigning material, one has received notice of the terms of auction which have to be accepted entirely.
